Welcome to Sommatic — operational AI, in production
We are opening Sommatic AI to new customers. Here is what we built and why it matters for operations that need AI under control.
Most “enterprise AI” today is a chat window glued to a database. We built something different.
Sommatic AI is an organizational cognitive layer — a framework that turns incoming information, institutional knowledge and human review into governed, explainable action. It is in production with our first customer and we are opening it to more.
What changes when AI lives inside the framework
Operations teams already have the information they need. The hard part is connecting it: emails to rules, rules to decisions, decisions to systems, and all of it to evidence. When an AI feature lives inside a workflow — not next to it — three things happen at once.
First, decisions become explainable. Every step carries actor, context, rule applied and outcome. You can replay a workflow run end to end, six months after it happened.
Second, the human is part of the contract. Human-in-the-loop is not a fallback — it is a typed node. The workflow pauses, the operator decides, and the run resumes with the evidence attached.
Third, the surface scales. What started as one node — say, classifying inbound emails — composes with 130+ others. Routing, extraction, integration, identity, code execution, sub-workflows. Mix the ones you need.
What is shipping today
We are opening Sommatic with the framework that is already serving production traffic: 24/7 agents, composable workflows, operational React apps for human review, a Command Center for explicit execution, Omnisearch over the operational fabric, governed knowledge resources, and full explainability — with optional enterprise integration into Veripass (identity) and Vectry (causal trace).
What is next
We will keep publishing here — engineering notes, use case walk-throughs, and conversations with the people building real operations on Sommatic. If you want to bring your case, talk to us.
